I know this lovely mom is so anxious to get a sneak peek.  And, why wouldn’t she be excited?  Her family is gorgeous and we had such a relaxing, enjoyable morning wandering around downtown Grand Rapids, chatting, playing, and stopping for coffee.  All photo sessions should be this fun!

I love the “in between” shots.  It’s in these where the love shines through.  Isn’t this family beautiful?

I’m just loving all the sweet one year olds that I’ve met over the past few months.   I adore their spunk, their total adorableness, their curiosity, and most of all their completely squeezable cheeks.  And, this beauty is no exception.    Don’t you just love her??!  I feel so fortunate to be a part of such a special milestone.

I am feverishly wrapping up 2009.  I have a few last minute sessions, I’m editing and placing orders, and I’m delivering packages to all my fantastic clients.  So much fun.  I’m filled with gratitude for the privilege of doing what I love with so many wonderful families.  Thank you!  xoxo

Full of smiles and flirtation and brimming with personality, this super adorable one year old pair reeled me right in.  With a few impish, split-second glances, we were off on an adventure.   Of course, as soon as the camera came out,  I very quickly realized that I had to be so very cunning, agile, and entertaining to earn their attention. 

Big brother thought it might be safer and even more entertaining with a view from up above.

These guys surely brightened an otherwise very dark and dreary afternoon.   So good to get out and get a week’s worth of exercise in one or two hours!

What do you do if this Michigan weather has been completely uncooperative nearly every day?  If you can’t beat it, join it, of course!  If it’s shivery, blustery, and oh so cold, you need to be ready to FLY, DANCE, SWING, GIGGLE, and RUN LIKE THE WIND.

Despite this chilly weather, we are still scheduling outdoor sessions.  There is limited availability from now until the end of 2009, and sessions must be completed by November 8 to ensure timely delivery of holiday cards and orders.
